Not every worn slab needs grinding. If a driveway, path, or paved area has simply faded, stained, or dulled over time but the surface itself is sound, a clean and colour seal is usually the more sensible fix. We clean the area thoroughly to remove built-up grime, oil, and old coating residue, then apply a colour seal in the shade you choose.
It’s a quicker and less disruptive process than grinding, since there’s no diamond tooling involved, and it works on concrete, pavers, and most existing paths that are structurally fine but visually tired. The colour seal also adds a protective layer against oil stains, UV fading, and general wear, which extends the time before the surface needs attention again.
This service is also a practical maintenance option for floors we’ve previously ground and sealed, once a topical sealer has worn thin and the surface needs refreshing rather than regrinding.
